BRITANNICA DIGITAL LEARNING (Britannica databases)

  1. Go to http://statistics.eb.com
  2. Enter the assigned username and password for your district (case sensitive).
  3. Select the date range, report type to view, and Britannica products on which to report usage.
  4. Click the "View Reports" button and your report will be displayed. Documents, queries, other content, and hits columns are displayed for each product selected.

FACTS ON FILE (Ferguson’s Career Guidance Center)

Reports reflect usage made from IP addresses that Facts On File has recorded for your district.
No automatic delivery mechanism exists. Retrieve usage reports on demand:
  1. Go to **http://admin.infobasepublishing.com**
  2. Enter the assigned username and password for your district.
  3. Use the right-hand portion of the screen which has Standard reporting selected by default.
  4. Select a month or year for reporting.
  5. You may view and print the report or you may export to Excel.



LEARNING EXPRESS (LearningExpress Library)


  1. Go to **http://www.learningexpresslibrary.com/reports**
  2. Enter the assigned username and password for your institution.
  3. Use the pull down menus to select a month and year for reporting.
  4. You may view and print the report.

Your assigned username and password will not only provide access to usage statistics, it will also allow you to access the “Librarian Resources.” You'll find promotional and training materials, as well as access to eBook MARC Records.

Librarian Resources Instructions:
  1. Take advantage of the Librarian Resources by going directly to: **www.learningexpresslibrary.com**
  2. Under “Returning User” please enter the following:

MCGRAW-HILL (AccessScience)

Reports reflect usage made from IP addresses that McGraw-Hill has recorded for your district.
No automatic delivery mechanism exists. Retrieve usage reports on demand:
  1. Go to **http://www.accessscience.com/statistics**
  2. Enter the assigned username and password for your district.
  3. Select a month or year for reporting.
  4. View in HTML or you may export to Excel.



EBSCO NetLibrary (Career eBook Collection)

Reports reflect usage made from IPs that EBSCO has recorded for your district.
In February 2010 DISCUS added the NetLibrary Career eBook Collection. OCLC, the provider of NetLibrary at that time, sent each DISCUS Primary Contact a Welcome Letter by email. That letter included your institution’s administrative login information for obtaining usage statistics. NetLibrary is now a part of the EBSCO family of products and usage may be retrieved by following these steps:
  1. Go to **http://extranet.netlibrary.com/resourcecenter**
  2. Enter login information.
  3. Click the Reports tab.
  4. Select the report you are interested in generating.
  5. Customize your report and hit the submit button.


PROQUEST (SIRS databases)

Reports reflect all usage made from IP addresses that ProQuest has recorded for your district.
  1. Go to **http://stats.sirs.com/all-report.html**
  2. Select report type: “Single Customer.”
  3. Fill out the Web form as desired, including your “Customer Number.”
  4. Your district’s “Customer Number” (SC#####) appears on your DISCUS Report
in the “Notes” field.
  1. Click SUBMIT at bottom of screen.
  2. The report will be e-mailed to the address entered on the form within 24 hours, although it usually arrives within minutes.




PROQUEST (CultureGrams)

Reports reflect usage made from IPs that ProQuest has recorded for your district.
No automatic delivery mechanism exists. Retrieve usage reports on demand:

  1. Go to **http://tools.culturegrams.com/subscription_reports/**
  2. Enter the assigned username and password for your institution.
  3. Once you are logged in, you have the option of changing the administrator information. To do this, click on [Edit Options] under the ADMINISTRATOR LOGINS header. Fill in all the required information and click submit.
  4. To view usage, click on the [View Usage Statistics Report Link] near the upper left of the page.
  5. This will bring you to the monthly Summary page. If you see a month with usage, you can click on the number and it will provide usage by day for that month.
  6. You can print the report by using your browser print functionality.
